The Opportunity
The Change & Release Management Lead is responsible for ensuring safe, predictable, and business‑aligned technology changes and releases across Mexico. This role is needed to strengthen operational stability, reduce risk, and modernize enterprise processes through AI‑enabled governance and automation.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the modernization of Change & Release lifecycles, leveraging data, automation, and intelligent risk models to elevate service stability and audit readiness.
Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate across complex technical environments. The Change & Release Management Lead is responsible for overseeing both lifecycles end‑to‑end and embedding proactive, AI‑driven controls.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, SRE, QA, Observability, Incident/Problem Management, architecture teams, and business stakeholders in an environment that values every voice.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
• Lead enterprise Change & Release lifecycle operations to ensure safe, predictable, and compliant delivery.
• Create governance standards, automated quality gates, risk models, and templates that drive consistency and readiness.
• Oversee risk assessment, testing evidence, approvals, scheduling discipline, release readiness, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Manage change calendars, release calendars, dependency mapping, and environment validation across all platforms.
• Develop continuous‑improvement cycles through data insights, lessons learned, and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, SRE, QA, Observability, Incident/Problem Management, and business teams to ensure stability and alignment.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, enabling expertise in ITSM and process governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow and digital collaboration platforms to manage change and release processes.
• Strong understanding of AI/automation tools to enhance risk scoring, analytics, and operational quality.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lead diverse, cross‑functional, and offshore teams with inclusivity and strategic influence.
What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)
• 7–10+ years of experience leading ITSM, Change Management, or automation‑driven process improvements.
• Experience with CI/CD, SRE practices, observability, and automated quality gates.
• Strong analytical thinking for identifying risk, incident trends, and optimization opportunities.
• High resilience, assertiveness, and the ability to perform under pressure.
