We’re looking for a strategic HR Digital Solutions Advisor to join the Human Resources Digital Solutions team for Learning & Development!

In this role, you’ll be a key connector between Learning & Development (L&D), HR Digital Solutions, IT, and HR Business Partners, helping shape the digital strategy and tools that drive long-term organizational success.

What you will do in this role…

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking L&D digital strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide expert insights on L&D digital capabilities, trends, and best practices.
• Partner with IT, L&D, and HR functions to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Communicate strategic vision and influence stakeholders for successful implementation.
• Design and propose technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage product evolution and release documentation.
• Engage and manage vendor partnerships for solution development and implementation.
• Oversee L&D systems to ensure performance, compliance, and risk standards.
• Lead change management initiatives to support technology adoption.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the global learning team.

To help you succeed, you need to have…

• Proven experience designing, managing, and implementing large-scale HR digital solutions.
• Expertise in LMS (Oracle, SuccessFactors/SAP, Cornerstone) and/or LXP platforms (Degreed, Edcast).
• Strategic thinking with deep understanding of L&D processes and global best practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of L&D technologies and emerging trends.
• Ability to collaborate in a complex, global environment with diverse teams.
• Experience in strategic consulting or advisory roles within L&D technology.
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agility to deliver results in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

And it will be a plus if you…

• Are familiar with process automation and optimization.
• Know privacy, compliance, and risk management practices in HR tech.
• Have worked in global or multinational business environments.
• Understand HR functions and processes.
• Have experience working with Agile methodologies.
