Purpose of the Role:
As HR Business Partner, EMEA reporting to the Regional Head of HR for EMEA, you will act as a strategic advisor to regional Distribution, Product, and some Global Functions leadership teams on strategic workforce management, talent management, change leadership, and organizational design/development topics. Your role is pivotal in enabling business success through people. In addition, this role collaborates with HR centres of expertise to deliver in the areas of HR data analytics, compensation, learning and development, talent acquisition in support of business goals. You’ll lead and coordinate key HR initiatives, partner on cross-market projects, and help drive alignment and delivery across a dynamic, multi-country region. You’ll also serve as a key connector across the EMEA HR community, championing communication, collaboration, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR partnership advice, consultation and intelligence regarding organizational effectiveness to the business leaders and serve as HR Business Partner in relevant leadership teams across Distribution, Product, and some Global Functions in EMEA.
- Deeply understand the business and what it is trying to do, then use data and insights to understand trends, uncover issues and needs, influence leaders, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with business leaders to shape and implement talent and culture strategies. Proactively collaborate with CoEs and stakeholders to design and implement the solution
- Provide end-to-end integrated talent support, utilizing functional and business knowledge to tailor programs and solutions.
- Mobilize effective and forward-thinking people solutions.
- Assist in building the capabilities that the organization's talent needs today and in the future.
- Analyze and present key metrics insights to address business results, goals and objectives and make recommendations to drive targeted actions to address areas of opportunity.
- Partner directly ort with respective leadership team members to strengthen the leadership pipeline and succession planning efforts through coaching, consulting and L&D efforts.
- Lead and support implementation of regional and cross-countries initiatives

- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and digital adoption strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Curious, creative, and solutions-oriented.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
Preferred Qualifications (What Gives You an Edge):
- Experience in insurance distribution or financial services.
- Consulting experience
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field (adult learning, education, psychology, etc.).
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Coaching or change management certification.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and digital adoption strategies.
