Descripción y requisitos

As a Digital Content Producer, this role help shape and maintain engaging digital experiences by managing and publishing digital content on the MetLife website. Responsible for maintaining content to ensure it is accurate and user-friendly, this role works closely with the Customer Experience design team to enhance key moments in the customer journey. This role will be strongly involved in cross-functional collaboration to keep digital assets fresh and aligned with best practices, while also offering technical expertise in web design and content systems. The Digital Content Producer will use MetLife’s suite of tools such as Adobe Analytics, to track performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Content Management

  • Author, edit, and publish digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support MetLife’s customer-first digital experiences.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand, legal, compliance, and accessibility (ADA) standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable, high-impact digital content.


Operational Excellence

  • Support the development and optimization of content publishing workflows and systems to enable growth at scale.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure content accuracy, legal compliance, and continued relevance.
  • Monitor site performance and user engagement metrics toidentifyopportunities for improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with UX, design, analytics, and development teams to deliver cohesive and effective web experiences.
  • Work closely with the Global Design System team to implement or refine AEM components.
  • Support the launch and localisation of global websites in partnership with regional teams.
  • Stay current with AEM capabilities, digital trends, and best practices to continuously enhance content quality and delivery.
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies and sprint planning to align content production with broader digital initiatives.


Innovation and Growth

  • Leverage Adobe tools beyond AEM (e.g., Adobe Analytics,MarTech,Typeface, CoPilot,Miro, Figma) to enhance content performance and personalisation.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform content strategy and optimise user journeys.
  • Embrace MetLife’s purpose-driven culture by creating content that builds trust and empowers customers to build a more confident future.


Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years indigital content production forwebsitesor digital experiences, including content design and collaboration with UX teams.
  • Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CMS platforms, andweb infrastructure. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is highly regarded.
  • Experience with wireframing tools like Figma and design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of UX/UI and accessibility best practices.
  • Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) to measure performance, conduct A/B testing, and drive content optimisation.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication, planning and negotiation skills.Able to manage priorities and production schedules.
  • Knowledge of SEO, UX/UIand accessibility best practice 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative.
