This role will be responsible for the creation of clear, simple and consistent messaging—across website content, letters, emails, SMS and scripts—directly influence member understanding of eligibility, evidence requirements and what to expect before submitting a claim. Currently, claims content and correspondence are fragmented and overly complex, limiting effective member education and increasing downstream friction. This role provides single‑point accountability to simplify, align and uplift all claims communications so they are clear, consistent and defensible.
