職務内容

保険販売を行う営業職員や代理店の新契約手続きサポートの受電業務。

主な問合せ内容は新契約に関わる事務上諸制限、医務上の引受目安、専用システム(e-Mirai)操作全般。

各種問合せに対して営業に寄り添い、正確にスピード感を持って対応いただく事が求められます。

 

経験・スキル・資格・学歴(必須)

・コールセンターや接客販売など顧客対応経験がある方

・基本的なPCスキル(ExcelWordPowerPoint等)

・学歴は高校・専修・短大・高専・大学・大学院 卒業
