Position Summary
Position is to support and deliver on SLA’s for key security initiatives across critical functions in the Japan Info-Sec organization focusing on Confidential Data Sharing and Data Loss Prevention

End point DLP & Network DLP services – External and Internal vulnerabilities and threat detection.
o
24/7 Monitoring of external and internal risk areas to minimize risk & threat at an enterprise level to protect MetLife Japan’s customer/employee/vendor confidential data.
o
Drive tracking the quarantined email/ approval request/rejection request/Inventory management.
o
Reporting & Analysis

Global Security tool is Forcepoint as an End Point Security Manager.

Monitoring of external/internal removable media/device/ Print media via End point Security tool
-
Focus on troubleshooting for fixing end user issues related to end point device and PC settings via email and call support.

Provide Phone call support in 24/7 process as DLP is the Lifeline of Info-Sec Japan Operations

Focus on Enhancing Security features in DLP process by implementing Global Security Policies

Creating Japan specific DLP fine tuning policy to meet MetLife Global process
Job Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis- Analyze, visualize, and then extract the log using data analytics tools & publish reports and share it to various stakeholders.

Collaborate with Internal MGCC’s Automation team to focus on Automation & Process enhancement to reduce Manual efforts.

PMP Certification or Project Management Skills would be an advantage. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
•
IT Graduate/JLPT N2/N1 Preferred
Experience
• Total of 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in Information Technology or related field
• L3 Level expert in Speaking, Writing and Reading Japanese Language
• Should be a Japanese language expert
• Flexibility to work in Japan Hours (4:30 am IST to 1:30 pm IST)
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
• Excellent MS Office skills – MS-Excel and Business PowerPoint presentations is a must
• Excellent Communication skills
•
Must process problem solving, planning, and analytical skills to drive continuous improvements
• Flexibility in working hours and handling escalation and pressure situations
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to coordinate cross functionally
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training – if required)
•
JLPT N2/N1 with excellent written & verbal communication skills - preferred Working Relationships
