| Content Strategy & Design Translate leadership competencies into experiential, blended learning formats (e.g., workshops, simulations, digital modules). Technology Integration Stay abreast of emerging tools and platforms in the L&D space and pilot innovative formats (e.g., chatbots, adaptive learning, AR/VR). Quality & Impact Ensure instructional design excellence, visual storytelling, and learner engagement. Use data to measure content effectiveness and continuously improve learning assets.

Education | Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education. |

Experience (In Years) | 5–8 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or leadership development. |

Technical Skills | Exposure to digital learning tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms) and emerging tech in learning. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, system thinking, and behavioral science. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. |

Other Critical Requirements Like Voice/ Non-Voice for Insurance Ops | Certification in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or similar. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia), data visualization, or gamification platforms. |
