The Team You Will Join
Agency administrators report to the POS & Agency Administration Supervisor, and they are based in Nicosia. They are operating within the environment of an agency, and they are the liaison persons between the agency and the head office.
The Opportunity
The Agency Administrator provides general administrative duties including written correspondence and telephone support to the Agency Department (operation and function) in adherence to company policies and regulations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Provides administrative support to the Agency Sales Force and high-quality service to company clients
- Performs Clients’ service by handling incoming/outgoing calls, emails, walk in customers
- Supports the premium collection through everyday calls to clients and follow up of payments
- Checks and entry applications in the company’s system and sending any relevant paperwork
- Participates in handling of underwriting, POS and Claims issues by follow up the needed information, the pending claims requirements and their status
- Processes, prepares, and submits reports related to the Agency
- Provides administrative support to the trainings in the office.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Minimum 1 year office experience
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, World and Outlook)
- Native Greek speaker with business conversational English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills, proven team player
- Resilient personality with the ability to promptly address multiple requests
- Self-disciplined person with good time management skills
- Precise, prompt, customer focused
- Pleasant personality, honest and reliable
- Able to commit to a Fixed Term Contract that is covering Maternity Leave
