Role Value Proposition:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to serve as the Assistant Vice President of Event Production and Multimedia Services. This role reports directly to the Vice President of End User Technology. As AVP, you will lead a team responsible for delivering seamless, high-impact event production and multimedia experiences across the enterprise. Your team will support mission-critical engagements—including CEO town halls, board meetings, earnings calls, and executive conferences—where precision, reliability, and innovation are essential. You will oversee the modernization of multimedia infrastructure, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with future-state technology standards. In this role, you will also be accountable for driving operational excellence, enhancing hybrid and in-person event capabilities, and collaborating across technology and business teams to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic, global workforce.    

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and inspire a team of event production and multimedia professionals, fostering a culture of precision, creativity, and accountability.
    • Build a collaborative, high-performing team environment that emphasizes proactive planning, knowledge sharing, and seamless execution of complex events.
  •  Executive Event Production
    • Ensure flawless delivery of high-profile events such as CEO town halls, board meetings, earnings calls, and leadership summits.
    • Maintain a relentless focus on quality, responsiveness, and contingency planning to support mission-critical engagements.
  •  Multimedia Infrastructure and Innovation
    • Oversee the modernization of AV and multimedia systems across all locations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with future-state technology.
    • Champion the adoption of next-generation tools and hybrid event technologies to enhance engagement and accessibility.
  •  Process Optimization and Documentation
    • Identify and close process gaps in event production workflows, streamlining operations for speed and consistency.
    • Ensure comprehensive documentation of production standards, runbooks, and escalation protocols to support repeatable excellence.
  •  Talent Development and Cross-Training
    • Implement a robust cross-training program to expand team capabilities across AV, streaming, and hybrid event platforms.
    • Empower team members to develop specialized skills while maintaining flexibility to support diverse event formats and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
    • Partner with senior leaders and business units to understand evolving event needs and deliver tailored multimedia solutions.
    • Serve as a confident, composed communicator—translating technical requirements into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Across Technology Teams
    • Work closely with IT, Facilities, and Security teams to ensure integrated support for events and multimedia systems.
    • Leverage enterprise resources to deliver elevated service levels and rapid response to emerging needs.
  • Continuous Improvement and Metrics
    • Monitor performance indicators related to event delivery, system uptime, and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Implement real-time feedback loops and continuous improvement strategies to drive operational excellence.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media Technology, Broadcast Engineering, Information Technology, or Communications) or equivalent experience.
  • Deep expertise in event production, AV systems, and multimedia technologies, with a strong understanding of hybrid and in-person event delivery.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams in multimedia services, live event production, or enterprise AV support.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and maintain composure under pressure during high-stakes events.
  • Demonstrated success in modernizing AV infrastructure and implementing scalable, future-ready multimedia solutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and initiatives.
  • Experience with streaming platforms, hybrid meeting technologies, and enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
  •  A customer- and stakeholder-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with AV standards, ITIL practices, and service management platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting C-level or board-level events is highly desirable.

The expected salary range for this position is . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
