Role Value Proposition:
As a manager, you will be part of the leadership team that is responsible for the end-to-end, long-term lifecycle and technical direction of the ServiceNow product development teams. Including multi-phased initiatives from the original concept through final implementation and maintenance. Additionally, you will be involved in the creation of plans, schedules, estimates, allocation of people, and status sharing in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
You will be managing full-stack software engineers on a fast-paced team building and running systems that are customer-first, leveraging modern, cloud technologies, cutting-edge design, and integrations across the entire software stack. You will also work closely with other Product and Design teams, to help shape the solutions that we deliver to our customers. As a people leader, you champion a positive culture of inclusion.
