Position Title: Associate/Sr. Associate

Position Summary

 

Basic Function

Responsible to create, compile, compare, validate & share findings for the reports/documents to the Stateside. 

Meets quality and customer service expectation levels set by the organization guidelines 

The key deliverables of the role will include but will not be restricted to the details below:

Essential Functions 

  • Create and amend the compensation documents
  • Calculate the lives and include all the expenses report 
  • Prepare the tax form report for reporting Net Profit & Loss report from a business 
  • Review defined frequency Report from email in excel format
  • Compare reports by using V-lookups and share findings with Stateside
  • Implement corrective actions, as needed, to ensure reports provided
  • Analyze and research all discrepancies in excel reports
  • Validate the reports and prepare the view for Stateside
  • Publish reports (in excel format) post consolidation 
  • Build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers and seniors
  • Able to work as a team-player in the business functions
  • Work on continuous process improvement to simplify activities

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

 

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education

 

 

Experience

  • Professional with 2-3 years of work experience in BPO industry preferably under Insurance

 

 

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

 

  • Computer navigation skills
  • Keyboarding and data entry speed (minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy)
  • Good knowledge of Basic & advance MS Excel (specially Lookups)
  • Exposure to multiple mainframe and web systems 
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to research & take decision to resolve problems in reporting
  • Preferred to have experience of reporting
  • Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to the US Insurance industry
  • Knowledge about US Culture
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills both written & Verbal 
  • Email writing
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self-disciplined and results oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • English language skill – should be able to read, comprehend and write correctly 
  • Must be opened to working in shifts

  • Good computer navigation skills
  • Good keyboarding speed
  • Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite

  • Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the AM/TL and monthly evaluation of performance.

  • Trainers for the purpose of pre-process and process training.
