By forging lasting relationships with brokers and consultants, our account executives learn the ins and outs of what modern employers need to support their employees—and make impactful recommendations that improve lives across the country.
A trusted name in the insurance industry, MetLife is dedicated to helping companies be there for their employees in good times and bad. Using finely tuned critical thinking, creative, and interpersonal skills, you’ll become part of the benefits solution in modern America. Our policies are designed to be used—a principle we have upheld for more than 155 years.
While our past may be storied, our future is evolving with the world around us. As we grow, we’re dedicated to building a diverse and talented team of sales professionals to support our Regional Markets—so you can help us improve the lives of even more people in the years to come.
About the Role:
As a Regional Markets Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in supporting MetLife’s growth. This team provides global benefits, sales, and solutions to U.S.-based employers with fewer than 5,000 employees—and with over 15,000 customers, it generates approximately $1.1 billion in annual sales and $4+ billion in revenue. Industry-wide, this $52 billion market typically grows 3-4%—but thanks to our exceptional team, MetLife consistently achieves 7-8% growth.
You’ll help us maintain this momentum, working closely with advisors to small and regional businesses who want to expand their employee benefits. At the same time, you’ll work collaboratively with various other departments, allowing you to explore new career possibilities and develop new strengths.
