Essential Functions:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Support development and execution of a roadmap for AI adoption aligned with business goals
- Identify and prioritize areas where AI can enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, or improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize use cases and define success metrics.
2. Enablement & Execution
- Work with cross-functional teams to support implementation of AI solutions
- Partner with L&D to design and deliver training programs to upskill employees on AI tools and concepts (Power Apps, Copilot etc.)
- Create toolkits & playbooks to accelerate AI deployment
3. Best Practice Transfer
- Document successful AI use cases and lessons learned
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across LOB’s through workshops, communities of practice, and internal portal
- Partner with Global Communications to amplify use cases
- Standardize frameworks for evaluating and scaling AI initiatives
4. Change Management & Adoption
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions
- Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback to improve user experience
