MetLife are looking for 360Health Program Manager who is passionate about advancing health outcomes and making a meaningful difference in the life insurance industry. This role will be a critical supporter of our award-winning 360Health program, a comprehensive health and wellbeing initiative supporting customers and their families at every stage of their health journey.

As our 360Health Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and ensuring the clinical accuracy of our 360Health content and services. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality, evidence-based resources that empower Australians to live healthier, longer lives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience (CX), digital, and clinical experts to continuously enhance our digital health offerings and deliver seamless, integrated experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review and copy-edit clinical content relevant to 360Health for appropriateness, accuracy and relevance to audience.
  • Seek out best practice in health and wellbeing, ideate and solution for improvements to service offerings.
  • Identify emerging health trends and integrate evidence-based practices into program offerings.
  • Ensure content and program compliance with Australian health regulations, privacy laws, and best practice standards.
  • Maintain clinical protocols and quality assurance frameworks are adhered to.
  • Ensure clinical integrity across content and service offerings. Collaborate with technology, clinical and commercial partners to ensure propositions meet customer, risk, quality, and regulatory requirements.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the clinical subject matter expert for 360Health across MetLife Australia working with recovery and claims teams.
  • Support 360Health presentations relating to clinical content and ensure health outcomes are accurately represented.
  • Workshop and collaborate with external healthcare partners to ensure we are delivering on best in market offers for our customers.
  • Support the 360Health product roadmap and backlog for new and emerging health propositions.

Operational Management

  • Work with Recovery teams on key journey performance, KPIs, and health outcomes; prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Analyse 360Health service utilisation and leverage learnings for reporting on what’s working, what’s not and where to.
  • Champion digital health solutions and virtual care models to improve accessibility and engagement.
  • Support with award submissions.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in corporate health programs.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in clinical program support, EAP program management or health service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare system, telehealth models, and mental health frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative.

 

Desirable:

  • Experience in insurance or corporate health programs.
