The Intelligence Automation Lead is responsible for translating key business objectives into impactful, scalable automation solutions through Artificial Intelligence and advanced process automation technologies across the LatAm region. As the leader of the Intelligent Automation Team within the Regional Digital Transformation function, you will partner with business leaders, operations teams, and local IT teams to scale automation capabilities, accelerate time to value, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking, delivery discipline, and inclusive team leadership to modernize core processes across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional Intelligent Automation strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Translate business challenges into high-value AI and automation use cases and scalable solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering automation initiatives, including engineers, process analysts, and product owners, while partnering with business and technology leaders to align automation initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Establish governance for intake, prioritization, funding, and benefits realization of automation initiatives, ensuring clear communication of value realization to executive leadership.
• Drive adoption of AI, RPA, BPM, and digital workflow platforms while ensuring integration with enterprise systems, promoting experimentation through PoCs and MVPs and scaling successful AI-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives, including identifying opportunities and delivering scalable solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable automation strategies.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to influence across regional and global audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Suggested 7+ years of experience in intelligent automation, digital transformation, or related enterprise modernization work.
• Hands-on experience with AI, RPA, BPM, workflow, or low-code automation platforms.
• Experience promoting experimentation through PoCs and MVPs and scaling successful solutions across markets.
• Portuguese language skills and experience working in multicultural, regional environments are a plus.
